Technical consulting paves the way

Before we prepare a quotation, we first discuss with our customer how the project can be moulded to meet his very specific requirements. On this basis we can then carry out profitability calculations and consider various alternatives in order to select the most favourable variant. But our consulting service for process engineering continues even after the plant has been delivered. Our customers are therefore continually updated about extensions to our product range. We are also ready to help if any changes in the operating data are being considered or if the plant itself is to be extended or revamped.

Erection supervision and plant commissioning

Our field engineering department provides specialists who supervise plant erection and check out the installation. In this way, the experience we have gained worldwide is also brought to bear where it most matters, on the job site. If desired, Bertrams Heatec engineers will then start up the plant and ensure that the customer´s operating personnel is thoroughly familiarized with the system. Operator training can also be given at any time on our own high temperature heating systems.

Maintenance and spare parts service

A team of engineers, service coordinators, inspectors and erection supervisors, all of who are conversant with the customer´s system, ensure that the plant will continue to deliver the same excellent performance as on its very first day. These specialists ensure that the plant is maintained correctly and regularly inspected. Plant maintenance agreements can be made so that components subject to wear are always replaced in good time, only genuine spare parts being used. The next inspection can then be planned according to the condition of the plant. Good customer service in all fields is always assigned the utmost priority: if desired, our service team can put forward proposals for boosting production, reducing operating costs or enhancing safety.
